FC Barcelona and SC Freiburg have reached an agreement on the transfer of German midfielder Noah Darvich for 2.5 million euros. The player has signed a contract until 30 June 2026 with the buyout clause set at 1,000 million euros

This Tuesday morning the player passed his routine medical at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper and then got to look around the Estadi Johan Cruyff before posing in the shirt of Barça Atlètic, which he will be wearing from now on.

Versatility going forward

Born in Freiburg but of Iraqi origin on 25 September 2006, Noah Darvich came up through the academy ranks at SC Freiburg. His talents truly started to flourish with the club's youth team, for whom he played 23 games, scoring 8 goals and giving 5 assists. An U17 international for Germany, Darvich was in the team that won the European Championship last May, where he was named to the team of the tournament.
