Barça Atlètic 4-2 Real Madrid Castilla: Great start in the tie
Vital win for Barça Atlètic in the Clásico against Real Madrid Castilla, the 4-2 victory coming courtesy of two late goals from Luismi Cruz.
With more than 4,000 fans in the Estadi Johan Cruyff, there was no lack of support for Rafa Márquez's team. Nevertheless, the home side fell behind early on with Nico Paz beating keeper Arnau Tenas in the 13th minute to hand the visitors the lead.
Barça had it in themselves to come back before half time. Moha flicked on a free kick and Chadi Riad nodded home to make it 1-1 on 19 minutes. More was to come from the home side as they made it 2-1 at half time, Luismi Cruz finding Roberto to finish perfectly a minute before the break.
In the second half the visitors levelled things up with a debatable penalty that Dotor slotted home to make it 2-2. Nevertheless, the blaugranes were soon back in front when Luismi came up with a brilliant chip to make it 3-2 on 76 minutes. Four minutes later the same player produced another excellent finish to make the final score 4-2 ahead of the second leg in Madrid.
