LaLiga Promises Champions

LaLiga Promises champions! The blaugranes claim the trophy for the sixth time in the last nine editions of the tournament and for the 11th time in total more than any other club. 

The latest triumph came courtesy of a 3-0 win over Sevilla in the final by the side coached by Jordi Pérez and Pau Moral. Two goals from Raúl Expósito and one from Ebrima. 

All three goals came in the second half with Expósito putting Barça ahead with a good header from a corner. The same player scored again with a header, this time from a well directed free kick before Ebrima rounded off the win with an unstoppable shot. 

It was not the only prize that the blaugranes took from the tournament as Gerard Valls and Juan Carlos were chosen as the best keepers in the tournament. 

An excellent tournament overall 

Barça had to defeat Osasuna, Granada, Betis and then Alavés in the opening phase. In the quarter-finals they were taken to penalties by Atlético Madrid in the quarter finals and then a 2-0 win over Betis in the semi-finals gave them their place in the final. 

LaLiga Promises champions and unbeaten to boot. Congratulations!
