Last Saturday was a historic day for FC Barcelona as after more than 900 days Spotify Camp Nou once again opened its doors for an official match, an emotional occasion that ended in a 4-0 win for the blaugranes against Athletic Club.

A week later and the Barça stadium will once again be in celebratory mood, this time to commemorate the Club's 126th anniversary on Saturday coinciding with the game against Deportivo Alavés, kick off 4.15pm CET.

To mark the occasion the Club has organised a giant mosaic that will be unveiled when the Barça Anthem sounds as the players come out on to the field. The mosaic will cover all the stands currently operational (the main stand, side stand and Gol Sud).

The fans at the ground will all take part in the mosaic, an event that will bring to close the celebrations for the Club's 125th anniversary which have been going on during the last 12 months.

Other activities

Aside from the mosaic, the Club has organised other activities such as a set from DJ Jack Dafons, and a race that will be held between two foam figures at various points in the stands bearing the image of the CAT mascot.
