Barça Media has taken a major step into digital innovation with the launch of Barça.Pass, its first official Web3 wallet, created in collaboration with Futureverse, a global leader in immersive technologies, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. This new platform revolutionizes the way the club connects with its worldwide fanbase.

With millions of followers on social media and a fan community spread across the globe, Barça.Pass offers a new way to experience the Barça fandom, especially for those who may never visit the stadium. More than 11 million users with an existing Barça ID can now access Barça.Pass.

A Web3 Wallet for all fans

Barça.Pass is more than just a web3 wallet — it’s a digital ownership and engagement platform designed to be intuitive and accessible. Through it, users will be able to create official FC Barcelona avatars, fully customizable with team kits and accessories, store and manage digital collectibles based on blockchain technology, and also explore Web3-enabled platforms and experiences where they can use their digital assets.

The platform serves as a curated gateway to Web3 games, apps, and metaverses selected by the club. However, users retain full ownership of their assets and are free to access other Web3 environments beyond what’s featured within Barça.Pass.

Barça.Pass collectibles and avatars are also interoperable, with upcoming Integration in open experiences or metaverses.
