Los del Río weren’t wrong when they sang "Sevilla tiene un color especial" ("Seville has a special colour").

Blaugrana scarves, flags and shirts borne by thousands of culers who travelled to the Andalusian capital have turned the club's famous colours into the most prominent sight right across the city. The green-and-white of Betis and the white of Sevilla have given way to the blaugrana, which has filled the streets of Seville — from Santa Justa, through Guadalquivir, and all the way to La Cartuja.

Just fifteen minutes from the stadium was the meeting point for Barça fans: the Barça Fan Zone Estrella Damm, a space designed especially for all the supporters attending the final, with a wide range of activities and catering options.

Thousands of culers gradually packed the area throughout the morning, turning it into an utter boiling pot by early afternoon. Chants rang out almost without pause, with El Cant del Barça, Un dia de partit, and El Barça és la nostra vida among the most repeated

With just a few hours to go before kick-off, Barça fans have already scored the first goal. Over 26,000 blaugrana supporters have travelled to back the team, making their presence felt as they deck out a city ready to host one of the world’s greatest spectacles: El Clásico.

Now all that's left is for the evening to end in the best possible way — with the trophy.
