Project Memorabilia makes its first million

The first one carat diamond also sold

Some weeks ago Barça presented the 'FULL OF HISTORY, FULL OF FUTURE' collection to allow Barça fans to keep alive the memory of the old Spotify Camp Nou via a collection of memorabilia taken from the stadium with prices for all pockets.

Since the Memorabilia project was launched, the Club has made more than one million euros from the sale of products made available to members and Barça fans. As such, the Club has discovered a means to improve income via related products with sentimental value for Barça fans.

Wide range of products

Since then, members and blaugrana season ticket holders have had the chance to exclusively acquire objects related to Barça's history and take home a little bit of history to share with future generations. As such, seats from Spotify Camp Nou, the pitch and goal nets authenticated by a notary as well as products such as diamonds made from carbon from the pitch from the last game of last season against RCD Mallorca.

Amongst the products most requested, the most exclusive collectables are high on the list such as the goal nets from Spotify Camp Nou.

First sale of a 1 carat diamond

Last Monday saw the delivery to Brilianto, the diamond company of Ricard Valverde, a Barça fan, of the first 1 cara diamond purchased. The event took place in the Barça Store in Caneletes in Barcelona and was attended by Rafa Yuste, Club vice president, who delivered the diamond.

The diamonds range between 1 carat, 0.5 carats, insignias with 0-1 carats and bracelets and necklaces with diamonds made from the pitch at Spotify Camp Nou.

New business opportunities

The Club is working on widening the range of products taken and authenticated form the stadium before work begins on Spotify Camp Nou.

All products are available exclusively at the Barça Stores and at  www.store.fcbarcelona.com.
