Enormous support at the Assembly

The FC Barcelona Board of Directors, led by Joan Laporta, have obtained majority support from the delegate members from the Ordinary General Assembly that has taken place remotely on Sunday. The day brought together the Club's most important decision making body and has passed by a large majority the six votes that have taken place. 

Once more, the Club's administrators have gained the confidence of the owner's of the entity, the delegate members, who have approved the three 'levers' put forward for ratification (10% cession of TV rights to Sixth Street, 15% of the same right and 49% of Barça Studios to Socios.com and Orpheus Media), as well as the accounts for 2021/22, the budget for 2022/23 and the new member of the Economic Commission, Francesc Martí Palomares. 

Both the president Joan Laporta and the economic vice president Eduard Romeu showed their appreciation and gratitude for the support of the delegate members who have, in various assemblies, ratified the economic decisions taken by the Board of Directors to activate the operations that allow the Club to make the best use of its resources with the aim of achieving financial stability and strengthening the first team to make it more competitive without losing its ownership model.
