Purchases made on the club website:
In most cases, on purchases made on the club website, you will receive an email with a PDF file containing your tickets; simply print them to access the stadium with your tickets printed (no need to be printed in color).
If you have not received the tickets, go to the section of the website tickets and enter the purchase ID, you will receive an email at the address you entered at the time of purchase. You can print directly or save them as a PDF file for later printing from another computer.
For technical and/or security reasons, the system for receiving tickets via email may be automatically deactivated, and in such a case you will have to go to the Club ticket offices to collect your tickets.
You can also check for this in the email received: in the section “Purchase information – Delivery method” it will say “Recogida en recinto”.
If the person collecting the tickets is the purchaser, they will only need to bring the email or purchase ID and their official national identity document. If the purchaser is not the person collecting the tickets, they will need to bring a photocopy of the purchaser’s official national identity document as well as their own, along with signed authorisation from the purchaser.
