Spotify Camp Nou will host a Clásico for the first time in over 1,000 days this weekend. Back on 19 March 2023, with Xavi Hernández as coach, the blaugranes took victory thanks to a 92nd minute winner for Franck Kessié. Real Madrid had taken the lead in that game in the early minutes but a Sergi Roberto equaliser put Barça back level.
Then, in the final minutes of the second half Lewandowski and Balde combined to allow the Ivory Coast midfielder to score a memorable winner from close range and bring Barça a step closer to the league title. Now, 1,148 days later the blaugranes have the chance to claim another league title with a win or a draw against Real Madrid in their own stadium on Sunday. The scene is set for another memorable Clásico at Spotify Camp Nou.
