Barça Academy Pro Miami Summer Camps gathered more than 450 players

Barça Academy Pro Miami “Summer Camps” focus on training young footballers from Florida and abroad during the summer period. This year was a complete success gathering more than 450 players among the 4 weeks that the Summer Camp was held. These camps are run by the FC Barcelona official staff and coaches, ​​who provides the training methodology, the same exact one that is applied in La Masia.

Summer Camps are mainly dedicated to players from 6 to 14 years old, from Monday to Friday (9AM – 3 PM). During the week, we develop all the essential coordinative and conditional contents, that represents the Barça Way (ball movement, creation and occupation the spaces, manage advantage and disadvantages and finishing situations). Besides that, and even more important all the campers are focused on developing the FC Barcelona core values: humility, effort, ambition, respect, and teamwork.

We would like to thank you all the players and families that took part of this FC Barcelona – Summer Camps 2023 in Miami Gardens (Monsignor Edward Pace High School), Broward County (Flamingo West Park) and Miami Dade “Tamiami” (Florida International University – FIU). Among all the participants we have a selected a limited number of players that will be training in the FC Barcelona Headquarters in Barcelona (Spain) on November 2023 for the Thanksgiving Break, to have the opportunity to train and to play in the FC Barcelona training grounds. They will also get to know Barcelona, a city full of culture.
