I submitted my membership key and the system tells me it does not exist or does not retrieve all my details. What should I do?

If you have completed all the registration process and there is a problem when entering your FC Barcelona membership key, it could be because you were already registered to enjoy other advantages offered by FC Barcelona, such as Barça One, with another email. If you cannot remember the email, or you want to change it, please contact the FC Barcelona Supporters’ Clubs Department (0034934963600) or via email at penyes@fcbarcelona.cat, and we will help you confirm the change.
