Why is it not possible to enter somebody else’s email and mobile phone number?

A Barça Account has individual purposes, and all details are validated so nobody can register different names and users under the same email address and mobile phone number. In case of minors, as they are always linked to a legal guardian, these details are not mandatory. In case of adults, each one must have a different email and a phone number so as to submit their application correctly onto the penyista register.
