Emulating the younger programs that are run in La Masia, the ACADEMY teams will be focused on develop the early comprehension of the game, adapting the complexity of the entire proposal to their age. This program comprehends teams from U11 to U9.

Objectives, contents and training sessions are adapted to each level and age, on these ages it is very important to promote the optimization of all the players structures. For that, the ACADEMY teams will be playing either internal competition (BARÇA ACADEMY LEAGUE) and external competition. In order to be part of the program, every player needs to go either through a tryout process or an open practice.

Players that are part of this program train three times per week (including the internal league) and participate in external competitions, such as regional and national leagues as well as national and international tournaments.
