Our Coaching Staff is led by Guillem Costa, Local Project Director of the BARÇA Academy PRO New York. He is a certified FC Barcelona coach that has worked for our Club since 2013.

Guillem was a coach at the Barça Academy in Barcelona for 2 years and he traveled a lot around the Globe teaching the Barça way during that period. His travels include countries like the US, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, Sweden or FYR Macedonia. After that period, he moved to Costa Rica to manage the Barça Academy in San José. Guillem is also a graduate in Sports Therapy and holds the UEFA A License. 

Guillem, along with six Coordinators from FC Barcelona in Barcelona, lead the Technical Staff of the BARÇA Academy PRO New York, making sure that all players receive the best soccer and life education under the BARÇA methodology.
