    A very mobile centre who can also score from the perimeter

    Born on 10 October 1994 in Monroe, USA, Mike Tobey arrived as a free agent to Barça in the summer of 2022 after a spell at Valencia Basket. 

    The centre has a Slovenian passport and came to European basketball to join Valencia Basket after playing for the Charlotte Hornets and Utah Jazz in the summer leagues.

    Tobey has experience of playing in Spain after making 128 appearances for Valencia Basket and 35 for Tenerife. With Valencia he has also played in the Euroleague and the EuroCup.
