Barça are through to the semi-finals of the ACB league play offs after a 100-76 win away at UCAM Murcia in the third and deciding game of their quarter final tie. Xavi Pascual's team bounced back from the disappointment of game two in the Palau Blaugrana by domination game three from start to finish and the blaugranes will now face La Laguna Tenerife in the semi-finals with the first two games of the tie to be played on 9 and 11 June in the Palau Blaugrana. 

First quarter sets the tone 

There was a partisan atmosphere in the Palacio de Deportes in Murcia but the blaugranes took it in their stride. Toko Shengelia and Clyburn showed their class early on and Barça took control of the game in a first quarter that ended with Xavi Pascual's team 27-17 up. 

UCAM attempted to work themselves back into the game in the second quarter with Cacok impressing as they whittled away at Barça's lead. However, the efforts of Punter, Laprovittola and Joel Parra allowed the blaugranes to surge back ahead and take a 16 point lead in the break at 52-36. 

Experience tells 

In the second half Barça kept the tempo high and Clyburn's shooting punished Murcia from the perimeter with Shengelia offering leadership in and out of the paint. Three pointers from Laprovittola took the blaugranes lead to +20 points for the first time and going into the fourth quarter the score stood at 79-61. 

The final period saw Barça dominate the boards and extend their lead to take a 100-76 victory and a 2-1 win in the quarter-final tie. La Laguna Tenerife, conquerors of Real Madrid, await in the semi-finals.
