The blaugranes warmed up for the approaching Copa tournament with a 97-60 win over Baxi Manresa at the Palau Blaugrana. After falling behind initially, Xavi Pascual's team got to work and dominated the game with Clyburn topscoring as well as support from the likes of Cale, Brizuela and Laprovittola. 

Manresa rushed into a 5-0 lead but that did not last long as the culers started to click to surge ahead at 13-9. At the end of the quarter the lead stood at eight points with Barça 22-14 up. The second quarter saw the home side extend their advantage and they led by 16 at one point with a 41-25 advantage. Manresa pegged it back to 43-31 at half time. 

Brizuela helps 

A slow start to the second half was ended when Clyburn and Brizuela both nailed three pointers to send Barça 22 points up at 57-35. Before long the lead stood at 31 points with Manresa now well out of the contest. In the final quarter coach Pascual allowed youngsters Dani González, Keita and Kusturica valuable playing time to seal a commanding 97-60 win. 

Barça now look ahead to the Copa which starts on Friday with game against UCAM Murcia in Valencia.
