Barça 90-80 Anadolu Efes: Fourth win in a row

Joan Peñarroya's team recorded a second win in a row at home in the Euroleague thanks to a 90-80 win over Turkish side Anadolu Efes in the Palau Blaugrana. The victory comes on the back of the recent win over Panathinaikos and is a morale boost ahead of a vital fixture in the league on Sunday against Bilbao Basket. 

Slow start 

The visitors were the team who took the initiative early on, scoring 18 points in the opening five minutes. Nevertheless, Barça regrouped defensively and at the end of the first period a three pointer from Abrines cut the deficit to two points at 24-22 to the Turks. 

The win was never in doubt thanks to Juan Nuñez and Vesely in the final quarter who helped Barça to a 10 point lead. A three pointer from Punter kept the blaugranes clear at 77-69 and in the end the home side took a deserved 90-80 win to round off an excellent week.
