FC Barcelona Lassa handball earned a 42-32 win over Bada Huesca to clinch their whopping 80th consecutive league victory.

Barça typically started on the front foot, racing to a 4-1 lead after just six minutes. Víctor Tomás and Gurbindo caused damaged on the break as the Catalans continued to dominate in a first half which ended 20-12.

However, quickly after the restart, the visitors managed to reduce the deficit to five goals, a margin which remained until the final nine minutes of the match.

Tomás and Noddesbo proved decisive, with 15 goals between the two of them helping Barça across the finishing line to secure win number 80 in a row.

Xavi Pascual’s men now turn their attention to Wednesday’s league game against Quabit BM Guadalajara.
