Barça Lassa handball achieved an important victory in Port Sagunt this Saturday with their 24th ASOBAL victory of the year, a win that gets them a little closer to their goal: the league title.

With six games remaining FCB hold a nine-point advantage in the ASOBAL standings over Naturhouse La Rioja.

On Saturday, FCB were paced by Kamil Syprzak and Aitor Ariño, who both chalked up seven goals.

Interestingly, the 40–20 final score is the exact same score by which Barça beat Genil last Wednesday at the Palau Blaugrana.

Barça will be back at the Palau Blaugrana on Monday for an 11.00am CET match against Benidorm.

It will be the last game before the Champions League quarter-final first leg at Kiel on 24 April.
