A deluge of Azulgrana goals clinches another title for Barça. FC Barcelona Alusport have won the Copa de España Juvenil (U18) for the first time in Club history. After winning the Group 6 Liga Nacional de Fútbol Sala, the Azulgranas beat Caja Segovia in the Cup semifinals by 3-0 and saw UD Las Rozas Boadilla  off in the final with a 8-5 scoreline.

Fantastic first half

The Azulgranas came out swinging in the final of the 9th editions of the Copa de España Juvenil. Alex Constantino, with two goals in the first minutes, opened up the scoring for Barça, while López quickly made it three goals on 10 minutes. Javi Alonso added his name to the scoresheet with a brace and took Barça’s lead to five goals before 15 minutes. Jose, before the half, scored for the Madrid side.

More goals in the second half

With the match practically out of reach for UD Las Rozas Boadilla, the fans at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper enjoyed a true spectacle in the second half. Álex Germán made it six for Barça, while the visiting side scored twice through Villoria and Josema. From that point on both teams exchanged goals on the court but Barça’s lead was never in danger. The final score was 8-5 as Barça’s futsal youth team claimed the first Copa de España Juvenil in Club history.
