Barça Alusport closed out 2013 with a convincing victory away to Jaén Paraíso Interior. The Blaugrana took a two-goal lead before the break and finished off the tie with two more unanswered goals.

Two timely goals

The Barça players, who were aware that they were facing tough opposition, were very focused at the start of the match. Manager Marc Carmona constantly sent in fresh players, and one of the substitutes, Fernandao, netted the opener.

The 0-1 changed the game as it forced Jaén Paraíso to look for the equaliser, but Aicardo doubled Barça’s lead before the break.

Calm second half

The two-goal advantage was a comfortable lead for Barça Alusport, but the match didn’t drop in intensity. The visitors killed the game off when Saad (min 29) scored Barça’s third. Minutes later Aicardo got his second of the afternoon to put the definitive 0-4 on the scoreboard.
