Abrines was back in action after three weeks out / PACO LARGO-FCB

FC Barcelona Lassa pulled off a superb second half performance against UCAM Múrcia to consolidate their position at the top of the table, taking advantage of defeats to their nearest rivals.

Satoransky got things going with a treble but Murcia showed they were not at the Palau Blaugrana just to make up the numbers. The quarter ended with a three-pointer from Arroyo but it was the visitors who went into the first break with a five-point advantage.

The second followed a similar pattern, as Doellman began to grow into the game with a 2+1 as well as treble only for Murcia to extend their lead to nine points going into the break (42-33).

It took until the third quarter for the Catalans to burst onto the scene and assert control over the game. Perperoglou, Satoransky and Abrines found their aim, helping Barca to take the lead a minute before the end of the penultimate period.

Finding form just at the right time, Barça continued to press in the latter stages, with Perperoglou, Satoransky and Doellman the protagonists in attack while solid defense prevented the Murcians from getting back into the game as Barça went on to record a 77-71 win.
