Chuck Eidson once again showed that he’s the full package, a total player. The North American adept at scoring, snatching rebounds, and assisting his teammates, has proved his worth in the Barça Regal squad.

Against a formidable opponent like Montepaschi Siena, the ex-Maccabi Tel-Aviv player finished the game with impressive numbers: 22 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and an evaluation of 34 in 33 minutes. The play the embodies the type of player Eidson is happened seven and a half minutes before the end of the third quarter, when Ndong was gearing up to take a shot. The shot bounced off the rim but Eidson battled to get the offensive rebound, backed up to the three point line and took his shot. The only thing the Palau heard was the ball going through Montepaschi’s net. Eidson is an all-around complete player.

Versatility and power

During preseason, Eidson consistently showed Pascual what he's capable of. When the centres , Huertas and Sada, were on international duty the North American would alternate positions from power forward to shooting guard, and sometimes he even played as a centre.

His numbers in the ACB are fairly interesting: 8 points per game, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists with an average of 21 minutes played per game. However, where the player really stands out is in the Euroleague. In the European competition, he puts up superior numbers: 10.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3 assists with and average of 22 minutes and 36 seconds per game.
