On Sunday, a supporters club from Mallorca and another from Barcelona unveiled their plaques on the South Ramp at the Camp Nou. The build-up to Barça v Osasuna was thus marked by the festive ambience of these two groups of supporters.

First up was the Penya Blaugrana Castellers de Barcelona, who have become a very strong club in just two years of existence, promoting Catalonia and Barça wherever they go. Salvador Pons, the president of the club, and Elvira Pou, director of the Supporters Club Commission, pulled back the curtain before some one hundred supporters associated to a group that builds traditional Catalan human towers.

These were followed by the Penya Barcelonista Sa Pobla, for whom some forty members had flown in from Mallorca to watch their president Josep Pascual do the honours along with Elvira Pou.

The event ended with the Castellers de Barcelona building two human towers in the build-up to a game that would see Leo Messi once again scoring four goals.
