Vinyals: “We played a great game”

The Juvenil A manager, Jordi Vinyals, is pleased and satisfied with today’s victory, but he also admitted that his men didn’t put in their best performance: “We didn’t have the greatest of games, we lost possession and that isn’t normal. The pressure of the final, in addition to the pressure that our rivals applied, made us lose too many balls.” He added that “we were convincing, we defended their long passes well and we played a great game against a difficult rival.”

When asked about some of his individual players, Vinyals said: “The Club will enjoy these great played, it’s the combination of a lot of hard work, the people who work with the kids in La Masia turn them into great players. The players that are on the Juvenil team are all ready for Barça B. This is our objective.”
