The open door training session will be free for Barça members / FCB

The FC Barcelona first team will be holding its traditional open doors training session on Monday 4 January in the Miniestadi. The annual chance for fans to welcome in the New Year by seeing their heroes in person will start at 11.00am CET.

Tickets will be required, and will be available from Tuesday 23 December. If you are a member, they are free. Otherwise, the cost is just five euros.

Members, with a maximum of two cards per person, can collect a maximum of three free tickets from the Boulevard at access 15 to the Camp Nou at any time between 9.30am and 7.30pm. Tickets can also be acquired from the club website, with no handling charges.

Members can also buy up to three additional tickets for five euros each (plus a 1.75 euro handling cost if purchasing online). Non-members can buy up to six tickets under the same conditions.

On the big day, the doors to the Miniestadi will be opening at 9.30am, and the players will be due on the field at around 11.00am. People around the world won’t be missing out either, because we’ll be streaming the whole thing here at www.fcbarcelona.com. You can also watch live on Barça TV and YouTube (www.youtube.com/fcbarcelona)

When it’s all over, and in association with the FC Barcelona Foundation, the players will be taking gifts to children in local hospitals (in Catalonia, remember, King’s Day on January 6 is when people traditionally give presents). The following centres will be visited this year:

- Hospital Sant Joan de Déu
- Hospital Vall d’Hebron
- Hospital de Sant Pau
- Hospital Universitari Germans Trias i Pujol (Can Ruti)
- Hospital de Barcelona
- Hospital de Nens de Barcelona
- Cottolengo Padre Alegre
- Casa Ronald McDonald
- Saló de la Infància (Barcelona)
