Neymar and Suárez celebrate the first of the latter's goals against Eibar / MIGUEL RUIZ

1. Comeback kings: Borja Bastón opened the scoring at the Camp Nou but Barça once again kept their cool and came from behind to take the three points. It was the fifth time this season that the Catalans have been on the receiving end of an early goal in an official match but have gone on to win the game.

2. Taking his chances: Suárez shot four times on Sunday night and three of those attempts found the back of the net. That’s the kind of conversion rate that wins matches.

3. Second hat-trick: This was not the first time that the Uruguayan has been on target three times in the same game for Barça. He achieved the feat last season against Cordoba as well.

4. 0.61 goals per game: After his wonderful performance against Eibar, Suárez has scored 35 goals in 57 official appearances for FCB. That’s a massive 0.61 a game. This is the Uruguayan's heat map from the game:

5. Sandro and Munir, a common change: The two youngsters are sharing duties this season. Munir came on for the injured Messi against Las Palmas and with ten minutes of the game left, came off to make room for Sandro. The duo have started two matches each since then and each time have been switched around by Luis Enrique at some point during the second half. Last night, Sandro was replaced by Munir after 56 minutes.

6. Fourth red for Mascherano: In six seasons at Barça, the Argentinian has now been given his marching orders four times. The previous sending offs were against Osasuna (2011/12 season), Deportivo (12/13) and Elche (15/16).
