Once again this year Sunday’s game between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid has already generated unprecedented levels of media interest. In total there are 805 professionals accredited for the clash at Camp Nou with journalists, photographers, commentators, cameramen and back up staff from more than 164 media outlets from 35 different countries. 79 media outlets come from the written press, 26 are press agencies, 18 radio stations and 41 television stations.

The match will, as ever, be a televisual spectacle all around the globe, reaching a potential audience of more than 400 million spectactors. The company Mediapro will produce and distribute the feed for the entire world and for the second consecutive season the game will be offered in 4K ultradefinition, a format that allows image superior to that of HD. The game will be shown live in more than 50 countries in Europe alone, as well as in the majority of countries in Asia, the Americas and Africa.
