The first clásico of the season will be in the 10th round of Liga action, to be played on October 26/27. Today’s draw in Madrid has determined that Barça and Real Madrid will be meeting first at the Camp Nou, and then they’ll meet again at the Santiago Bernabéu in round 29 on March 22/23.

Before welcoming Real Madrid, FCB will have travelled to Osasuna the weekend before, and immediately afterwards they go to Balaídos to face Celta Vigo.

First meetings at Camp Nou traditionally positive

The last four times Barça have won the league, they have had home advantage in the first of their meetings with their most famous rival. Apart from last season, Barça won the game at the Camp Nou and went on to lift the trophy.
