Now that qualification for the quarter-finals of the Champions League has been secured, we’ll have to pay close attention to the draw that scheduled to take place this Friday in Nyon. The draw will be open, meaning there will not be any seeded teams and teams from the same football federation can be paired up against each other. The team that is drawn first will play the away leg at home.

So far, Barça, Real Madrid, Dortmund, PSG, Juventus and Galatasaray have qualified for the quarter-finals. Tomorrow’s matches between Málaga and Porto and Bayern and Arsenal will see two additional teams reach the round of 8. The away leg of the quarter-finals will be played on April 2 or 3 and the return leg on April 9 or 10.
