Reus Deportiu Virginias 3–2 Barça: All to be decided at the Palau

Defeat for the blaugranes at the Palau d'Esports in Reus with Edu Castro's team going down 3-2 against Reus Deportiu in game four of their semi-final league play off. The reverse means the tie will be decided on Tuesday in the Palau Blaugrana in game five which will start at 8.15pm CEST. 

Alabart opens the scoring

After an even start Barça began to get the upper hand and confirmation came when Alabart gave them the lead on 10 minutes in the Palau d'Esports. The home side tried to react and even though they went close on several occasions they were unable to find an equaliser before the break. 

In the second half Reus did finally get their reward when Diego Rojas steered home on 31 minutes to make it 1-1. Barça hit the crossbar on a couple of occasions but it was Reus who took the lead when Compagno fired home on 44 minutes. 

The same player made it 3-1 with seconds remaining as Barça pressed for an equaliser. Alabart's goal just before the buzzer made the final score 3-2 but was insufficient to prevent the tie from going to a deciding game at the Palau on Tuesday.
