Barça were in incontestable form on Saturday against Lloret, putting ten goals past their hosts to make it two wins out of two in the OK Liga. Following a 7-0 win against Palapfrugell, things have got off to an extraordinary start for the blaugrana.
This game was all over by half-time, when Barça had already found the net five times, although for the first time this season they did concede a goal.
They didn’t let off when the action resumed, scoring another five but also leaking another at the back. It was also a very special day for Lloret’s Marc González, who was playing against Barça, the club where he started out in 2014, for the very first time.
João Rodrigues has now scored six goals after just two games, and Pablo Álvarez is just behind with five. Simply stunning.
Next up is Liceo (Monday 12 October at 7.00pm CEST) behind closed doors at the Palau Blaugrana.
