Approved by the FC Barcelona Board of Directors on 26 January 2022, the Supporters Club Regulations govern the relationship between Barça associations and the club.
They present the conditions to be considered an official penya and also the requirements for maintaining this official status.
The Regulations also reflect other fundamental aspects of supporters club activities, such as how they must operate, what parts of the movement are recognized by FC Barcelona, the organization of events and activities, and the rights and duties of supporters clubs and their members.
