Jesús Velasco’s FC Barcelona have not started the LNFS season the way they would have liked. Sergio Lozano may have opened the scoring in style, but the Balearic islanders ended up racing to 6-2 victory.
3,200 spectators in the Palau Municipal d'Esports de Son Moix were treated to what promised to be a tight battle, and that’s what it was, but two quick goals from Palma towards the end of the second half suddenly left the visitors in trouble.
Barça needed to go all out in attack in the second half. It was a gamble they had to make but on this occasion it didn’t pay off, as the home side added three more to their account on a miserable evening for the Barça futsal team.
