Barça 3-1 Jaén: Victory in the Palau

Important victory for Barça in the Palau Blaugrana thanks to goals from Esquerdinha, Ximbinha and Dyego in the 3-1 win over Jaén, the first this season for the blaugranes at home and their second in a row. 

Good start for the blaugranes 

With chances for both sides early on the half, it was not until the 9th minute that Esquerdinha put Barça ahead, picking up a rebound from an effort from Lozano. The half continued with opportunities for both teams before the break but at half time the home side still lead just 1-0.

After the break, Andreu Plaza's team had chances to add to their lead but it was Jaén's Mithyeu who found the net to make it 1-1 after 29 minutes. 

Barça bounced back with Lozano going close before on 32 minutes Ximbinha put the blaugranes back in front after Daniel's effort had come back off the post. The blaugranes pushed on and Adolfo hit the woodwork before Dyego's great strike cemented victory on 37 minutes to make the final score 3-1.
