Nelson Semedo visits Barça Academy players from the United States

FC Barcelona defender Nelson Semedo provided an unexpected surprise this week to a group of 60 American children training during a Barça Academy Clinic at the Barça Escola Barcelona. The kids were able to get up close and personal with the Portuguese fullback following Barça’s first team workout at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper in nearby Sant Joan Despí.

The Americans will be in town until next weekend, as they get acquainted with all things Barça in the wake of Monday’s opening training session. While here, the players from the U.S. are taking part in a mix of practices, friendlies, and cultural and leisure activities in the city of Barcelona in order to make the most of their stay in the Catalan capital.
