The Penya Barcelonista Cuellarana Nicolau Casaus (Cuéllar, Segovia), named for the Club’s famous vice-President, celebrated their 15th anniversary this Friday.
The celebrations began with a discussion meeting of the Federation of Peñas de Castilla y León. A total of 30 clubs were involved in discussions concerning current issues in the Federation.
Cardoner present at the event
The arrival of Vice Cardoner marked the beginning of the gala meal which was followed by a video in memory of Nicholas Casaus. Enrique Magdaleno, the penya president, then spoke of the relationship between the institution and the former vice president.
All the attendees were presented with a photograph of Casaus and the club organizing the event was presented with a commemorative plaque. Cardona concluded the event with a touching acceptance speech, thanking those present for the recognition paid to his grandfather, Nicolau Casaus.
