Away to struggling Transportes Alcaine, Barça had no trouble getting the better of the five-strong home defence to produce a 4-0 victory.
The Aragonese side held out against a constant barrage from Barça until the 23rd minute, when Sonia Bermúdez opened the scoring after breaking through one on one with home keeper Esther Sullastres.
That lead was not extended until after half-time, when Cristina Baudet dribbled past Esther and slotted the ball home, and then with a quarter of an hour to go, the victory was sealed when Sandra latched onto an assist from Alexia Putellas to make it 3-0. The job was rounded off after 84 minutes when Baudet pounced on the rebound after a Sonia free kick had been saved.
The ladies’ league season comes to an end next week at home to Espanyol.
