FC Barcelona 41-28 Bathco Torrelavega: First test of the week passed

The Liga Asobal leaders aren’t letting off and showed their superiority against Bathco Torrelavega with a 41-28 win, the thirteenth in as many games, to get off to the right start in a week that brings three fixtures.

The game suspended from week six because of the Super Globe didn’t look like it was going to have much story when Barça flew off to an 8-2 lead, but the visitors managed to regroup and had got it back to 17-14 by the break.

But when a splendorous Dika Mem, the Catalans soon responded and at +10 they had the game in the bag.

There are just two days before the game with Oporto and then on Sunday they’ll travel to Unicaja Banco Sinfín.
