Barça 6–3 Betis Futsal: Boost for morale

A tight game earns the Catalans the right to stay leaders for one more week

After European elimination, Barça needed cheering up with a win and that's just what they got on Saturday. With all of Ferrao, Pito and Antonio out injured, this was always going to be a toughie, but an early goal from Dyego seemed to have set things in motion.

But Betis proved to be a hard cookie to crack, and not only did they equalise, but they managed to take the lead before the interval.

Dídac Plana levelled shortly after when a cross 'accidentally' landed in the net, but again the visitors went ahead.

There was a remarkable finales in store, however, as Matheus levelled just before the half hour, then Dyego finally got Barça back ahead again and Adolfo scored two late goals to make it six. What a finish!

Next up is a game on Tuesday at the Pabellón Anaitasuna, home of Xota (6.30pm CET)
