Barça 2–2 Jimbee Cartagena: The league returns with a draw

Points shared in the final game of the first half of the season in the league for the blaugranes. Two goals from Ferrao were not enough to give Barça the win but Jesús Velasco's team remain top of the table with 38 points. 

Cagey start 

Both sides were happy to sit back in a tactical opening period with few chances. Barça captain Dyego Henrique had a great chance to put his side ahead but Cartagena keeper Chemi made an excellent stop. 

0-0 at half time it was the visitors who broke the deadlock in the second half with Marinovic flicking home on 25 minutes. Barça reacted by pinning back the visitors and Ferrao levelled things up on the half hour mark after a good pass from Marcenio. The same duo combined four minutes later with Ferrao volleying Barça ahead. 

However, in the final minutes Cartagena drew level though Lucao and the blaugranes missed chances to win it through Dyego and Ferrao as the home side had to settle for a point.
