Barça v KPRF: Suspense, but in the final! (3-3) (5-4)

Andreu Plaza's men qualify for the Champions League final after beating the Russian side on penalties

Andreu Plaza's side are through to the UEFA Futsal Champions League 2020 after a penalty shootout win over KPRF.

The hosts raced into a two-goal lead thanks to Lozano and Ferrao, and it wasn't until the last seconds of the first period that Rómulo cut the deficit.

Comeback

In the second half Barça continued to dominate, but in the 29th minute Asadov drew the visitors level. Nothing could separate the teams throughout the rest of normal time, and it was the hosts who struck first in extra-time, through Esquerdinha (min. 49). With only 12 seconds left in the match KPRF were awarded a penalty, and Nando made no mistake meaning that a shootout would decide the victors.

With Lin missing for the visitors and Barça scoring all five of their penalties, the blaugranes qualified for Sunday's final against ElPozo (8.00pm CEST).
