The FC Barcelona U19A side now know who they will face in this season's UEFA Youth League. The draw in Istanbul on Thursday saw the blaugranes pitted against Bayern Munich, Internazionale and Viktoria Plzen in Group C.

The format for this season's UEFA Youth League has not changed this year. On the one hand the 32 teams whose first teams compete in the group stages of the Champions League and then the 32 champions from the national U19 leagues with the best ranking whose first teams are not in the Champions League group stage.
The two routes in the competition will be separate with the winners of each group from the Champions League path passing directly to the last 16. The runners-up will go into a play-off round where the teams from the national league route will provide eight teams, winners of a two legged tie in the last 32.
The play-off round will be a single-leg tie and the eight winners will face the winners of the groups from the Champions League path. The semi-finals and final will be played in a Final Four format at the Colovray Stadium in Nyon, Switzerland.
The group stage will start on 6 September and will final on 1/2 November.
