A versatile player

At the Barça Academy in Hiroshima there is a young boy who combines football and acting

Mistuki Fujiwara learnt at an early age to organise his time well to combine going to school, regular football training sessions and what the young Japanese player is best known for - modelling and acting. 

Despite being just 11 years of age, Mitsuki has already starred in advertising campaigns for brands such as GAP, Toys R Us as well as appearing in feature films such as  'Kochira Amiko', 'Mind Your Eye 2' and 'Black Fog', playing a student or even the main role himself. One of his most famous jobs has been in 'Puchitto Nab', an advert in which he appears promoting traditional Japanese cuisine. 

Values learned off the field 

His participation in leisure activities aside from football has benefitted Mitsuki in many ways. Organising his time has been a key factor as well as responsibility, dedication and resilience. They are examples of how he has grown personally and adapted himself to the challenges he has met on the way. 

The young blaugrana has Gavi as his role model, a player who is a tireless worker, a reflection of Mistuki himself. As a goal for this year, the youngster has set a target of improving position in the Barça Academy World Cup in relation to last year's competition.
