Marta Plana i Dropez (Barcelona, September 18, 1978). FC Barcelona Member No. 54.363. She is currently Member of the Board at FC Barcelona, responsible for the FC Barcelona Innovation Hub. She is also Vicepresident of Regulation at Cabify, a Spanish mobility company, Aspen Spain Fellow at Aspen Institute and Board Member at Círculo de Economía.
Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and Juris Doctor (summa cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University, she completed her studies at Stanford University and the London School of Economics.
Marta Plana has spent most of her professional life in Silicon Valley, where she has advised on and participated in the creation of various technology-based start-ups. Her professional career began at Baker & McKenzie, Microsoft Corp. and Osborne Clarke. Between 2011 and 2013 she was a Commissioner for the Telecommunications Market Commission (CMT). She also co-founded fintech company Pagantis in 2015.
Her mother, Carme Dropez, was an FC Barcelona Board Member in the 1990s.
