Barça 69-76 Asvel: Run of wins comes to an end

Defeat at the Palau Blaugrana with Barça going down 76-69 against French side Asvel in the Euroleague. The visitors' excellent defensive was key in their win which puts an end to the blaugranes' run of wins. 

Poor shooting in the first quarter from the home side saw the French team take an early 19-15 lead. In the second quarter Mirotic, along with Kuric and Davies, led a blaugrana comeback and at half time Jasikevicius' team led by 35-34. 

The second half was an equally tight affair and after a bright start to the third quarter by the home side, Asvel came back to make it 54 all. In the final quarter the French outfit got the better of the contest and two consecutive three pointers put them in the driving seat. Davies did his best to lead a fightback but the Asvel held on for a win that ends Barça roll of wins in the Euroleague.
