Tecnyconta Zaragoza 81–96 Barça Lassa: Into the final!

Barca Lassa are through to the league final after beating Tecnyconta Zaragoza (81-96) in the third game of the semifinal. It was a duel dominated to a large extent by the blaugrana, with Kyle Kuric's 27 points the highlight of the game. Real Madrid will be their opponents in the final.

The match began with Barça on the front foot, and by the end of the first period, thanks to unerring accuracy at the basket, the visitors were ahead at the end of the first period (19-23).

Advantage

The second quarter was marked by superb defence from both sides, as well as the wastefulness of the attackers. Two triples from Kuric meant the culers went more than 10 points ahead (23-36, min 16), a lead they kept until half time (37-50).

No surrender from the hosts

In the third quarter, Barça Lassa motored into a 20 points lead (43-63, min 25), but the hosts, however, didn't surrender at any moment and ended up getting back to just 10 points behind Barça (58-68, min 29). The period ended with the score at 58-69.

In the last period, the Barça players controlled the result at all times, and with this win (81-96), they'll now fight for the league title against Real Madrid in a series that will start this Saturday at 3:00pm at WiZink Center.
