Possible opponents in the Copa del Rey quarter-finals
After the win over Racing Santander in El Sardinero, Barça now go into the draw for the quarter-finals alongside six fellow First Division clubs with one representative from the Second Division. The ties in the last eight will continue to be one off in nature.
Six La Liga teams
Barça could meet Atlético Madrid in the last eight following their win over Deportivo La Coruña in the previous round. Basque clubs Real Sociedad and Athletic Club are also possible rivals after wins over Osasuna on penalties and Cultural Leonesa respectively.
Moe La Liga opposition could come in the form of Betis, Alavés and Valencia after their wins over Elche, Rayo Vallecano and Burgos.
Representation from the Second Division
The only team from outside La Liga to remain the competition are Albacete. The thrilling 3-2 win over Real Madrid in the Carlos Belmonte stadium sees the club from Castilla La Mancha take their place in the last eight.
The draw for the quarter-finals will come on Monday 19 January at 1pm CET.
